Environment, furnishings, facilities, comfort, hospitality are determining criteria to be entitled to receive the CLEVACANCES label.
In order to guide your choice, five categories of comfort are available : 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 keys.

Le classement
1 key. Parking facilities nearby; shower room and WC up to 6 persons, second shower room from 7 persons upwards; kitchen or kitchenette, including at least hob, mini-oven, pressure cooker, blender, fridge, coffee machine, vacuum cleaner, iron.
2 keys. In addition to or instead of 1-key house: outdoor area, garden furniture, barbecue (except local bans), separate WC from 5 persons upwards, washing machine (which might be shared with other holiday homes), TV socket, bed, household and bathroom linen on request.
3 keys. In addition to or instead of 2-key house: private landscaped outdoor area, private parking facilities, oven and micro-wave, dishwasher from 4 persons upwards, basic cleaning stuff, fridge with freezer compartment, colour TV, 2 WCs from 6 persons upwards, telephone*, cleaning service on request.
4 keys. In addition to or instead of 3-key house: character house (old or modern style), semi-detached with shady garden (except for flats) and/or terrace, swimming-pool (which might be shared with other holiday homes), covered private car park, high-quality interior decoration, washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, sitting room, 2 shower or bathrooms from 6 persons upwards, 1 bedroom with TV socket, beds 160x200 wide, hi-fi, board games.
5 keys. In addition to or instead of 4-key house: totally detached house on private fenced garden (except for flats), private pool, separate kitchen, towel dry heater, 1 bedroom with colour TV, 1 bedroom with own private bath or shower room, VCR, bed, household, bathroom linen and cleaning included in rental prices.
By dispensation, these equipments or amenities may not be provided in some accommodation. In that case, their absence will be specified on booking.
Whatever the rating, you might find in some accommodation extra equipments or amenities as specified in the accommodation description.
Prices
Prices correspond to the overall rental costs.
Rental prices can cover a week (from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 10 am) or a weekend.
Depending on the rating, bed and household linen and cleaning service can be provided on request. Heating is very rarely included in rental prices.
All details regarding this issue appear on the booking contract. We recommend that you ask for an estimate of daily heating costs.
How to book
Our Internet site enables you to book on-line. You can choose your furnished holiday house according to your needs and your dates, book and send a deposit within 10 days or, if you wish, confirm on the spot with your credit card number. Depending on the accommodation you have chosen, you can also contact the booking agency Loisirs Accueil Touraine by phone, fax or e-mail or contact directly the owner if his address and phone number appear in the entries.
Whatever the case, you will be sent a booking contract.
If it has been sent by Loisirs Accueil, you are offered an option of cancellation protection. After having confirmed your booking through Loisirs Accueil, you will be sent a free entrance or reduction card for over 80 resorts, castles and museums in Touraine.

Helpful tips
If you wish to travel with your pet, make sure on booking that pets are admitted.
For peak periods (long weekends, school holidays), don't forget to book several weeks in advance.
If you travel with young children, a number of owners make your life easier: they offer you facilities for babies.
