Another option to holiday in Touraine is to sojourn with a family or in a building located next to their house (5 bedrooms maximum) for one or several nights, breakfast included. This option guarantees a special welcome by the owner of the house (or his representative) and every effort will be made to help you enjoy your holiday and find tourist information.
All rooms undergo regular checks and are rated from 1 to 4 keys according to their level of convenience and the amenities provided.
Grading
1 key. Basic rooms. Bath or shower room and accessories for the exclusive use of the room (WC excluded) and located on the same floor.
2 keys. Fairly comfortable rooms. In addition to or instead of 1-key room: private WC
3 keys. Very comfortable rooms. In addition to or instead of 2-key room: private parking facilities, balcony or outdoor area for the exclusive use of guests, breakfast area, TV, phone service*, WC and bath or shower directly accessible from the room, hairdryer, free use of facilities for babies.
4 keys. Outstandingly comfortable rooms. In addition to or instead of 3-key room: room in character house (old or modern style), breakfast with local products, suite from 2 persons upwards , sitting area, tasteful decoration, bath, bathrobes, WC non-adjacent to bathroom, free use of leisure facilities.
By dispensation, these equipments or amenities may not be provided in some accommodation. In that case, their absence will be specified on booking.
Whatever the rating, you might find in some accommodation extra equipments or amenities as specified in the accommodation description.
Rates
The nightly rates are set according to the number of persons in the same room. Breakfast is always included.

Each entry includes the address and phone number of the owners or of the booking agency Loisirs Accueil Touraine.
Booking is recommended for extended stays.
If you travel with your pet, make sure with the owner on booking that pets are admitted.

The room cleaning is carried out daily (for extended stays, bed and bathroom linen are changed twice weekly in 1-key rooms and every other day from 2 keys upwards).
If you travel with young children, a number of owners make your life easier: they offer you a cot and facilities for babies.
